Wagyu Burgers

Ingredients
Burgers
Wagyu Burger Patties (80 g each)
2 onions sliced
Lettuce (+ any other veggies of choice)
Potato Buns
Butter/oil
Gouda cheese
Sauce
½ cup Mayo
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tbsp chopped pickles
1 tbsp pickle juice
Caramelized Onions (optional)
2 onions sliced
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 tbsp brown sugar
Oil
Preparation
Prepare your sauce and set aside
In a frying pan, heat up oil and add the sliced onions
Add the salt, pepper and sugar and cook till the onions turn brown (these could take a while)
Prepare your burger patties into balls and season with salt and pepper
Heat up cast iron skillet with some oil (it’s ok if you don’t have one, any pan will do)
Toast your patties with a little bit of butter
Once the pan is really hot, start to cook your patties by placing them onto a pan
Use a steel spatula that doesn’t have any holes and flatten the patties as thin as possible
Flip the patties to the other side and place your cheese on top and cover for a bit till completely melted.
Put the sauce at the bottom of the bun, place your lettuce, onions, and whatever veggies you like
Put the cooked pattie on top
Put the sauce on the bottom of the top part of the bun as well and cover the burger
Enjoy with some fries!
